My Impact

TreeRing (Senior Designer)

  • Drove the design of TreeRing’s first AI/ML-powered features, including smart photo selection, automated layouts, and predictive alerts; delivered annotated wireframes, prototypes, and API contracts that reduced support costs, introduced guardrails and reason codes, and established a scalable foundation for omnichannel product experiences.

  • Designed and launched a customer-facing AI virtual assistant, applying conversational AI, natural language processing, sentiment handling, and seamless human-AI handoffs; improved onboarding and first-time setup flows, reduced customer service tickets, and created more accessible, reliable self-service options across web and mobile.

  • Created an AI opportunity matrix aligning research insights with business goals; directly influenced product roadmaps, drove monetization and in-product discovery within the yearbook marketplace, and supported segmentation strategies to expand user adoption.
